You and your family will then be able to pick the meals that set your taste-buds tingling

from the array listed - click here to have a browse. Sarah prides herself on her flexibility, so if you prefer, we would love for you to request a family favourite that is not on this list of suggestions. You will also be invited to let us know if you have any preferences such as free-range or organic, any allergies or intolerances, or that your husband just doesn’t like mushrooms…even if they’re chopped really, really small.

On the agreed day, Sarah will arrive at your door fully equipped to whip up a

(very tidy) storm in your kitchen - all that will be required from you is a cooktop and an oven.

At the end of the day you will be left with a clean kitchen, a freezer full of meals ready to be popped in the oven or microwave and, hopefully, some extra time on your hands!
